يجوز قتلهم اي لكن اذا تم اسرهم بعد انقضاء المعركة ما يجوز قتلهم، واصلا ما يجوز قتلهم بدون سبب، اذا استسلموا يصير قتلهم حرام وسيدنا محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام كان دايم يقول: (أُوصيكم بالأسرى خيراً).
